Back from the friendly match with Temasek Polytechnic, I think we got thrash? I don't know the actual score, but I know very clearly we lost. The problem with RP basketball team I think is because our level of team work is still not there, everyone not coming for training(including me), but I been participating in all the training now, I don't want RP to lose.




I am very angry with myself now, yesterday Coach have also say my weakness out, the only problem with me is no stamina. So what if others are strength, I can't play for long, I don't have the stamina, I don't have strength. Haiz.



Damn fed up with a guy from TP today, I didn't go and disturb him, he elbow my jaw. Now my jaw very pain, he came down with an elbow in my jaw and say " NOT IN MY HOUSE!" What the hell man, so what if you are winning. I shout back "SUI OH!!!" Then we got a fast break chance, too bad they didn't pass me the ball, if not I sure "pai" him down, make him paralyse and I see how arrogant he can be. This kind of people, you don't teach them a lesson, they will keep doing this kind of stuff, they are not scare.




From now on, I will play basketball with aggression, make people scare of me. No more MR.Nice guy, they will only take advantage of you only. But Desmond Kristy Yap Chin Leong, remember not to be arrogant, don't become back like last time, this is very important. Now, I want to train my stamina, my strength, my basketball skills, my jumping.




Stamina and strength to allow me to play the game longer. Basketball skills to let me pass people more easy, fast thinking, shooting accuracy. Jumping, to jump like last time, use my forehead to hit the board, so that I can get rebound more easy.



I need to TRAIN, really train. Haiz. POL-ITE game is coming, on the 3rd of October. Time is running out, we need to train more, our team work and everything. I will be playing, I am selected, but I still need to train more.



Tomorrow school reopen, new class, new enviroment, new friends. Have to study hard for this semester, need to get 3. something, the best I can get. One day off for basketball team tomorrow, after that everyday training.



OK, don't feel like writing anymore longer, need to rest early today to prepared for a new semester tomorrow. Jaw really very pain.
