Supposed to go to school today, but they say no need when I have already prepared myself. I make up untill so nice, style my hair untill so stylo, comb my armpit hair untill so straight. Don't waste all the work I did to myself right, so I went out to buy breakfast for myself. But if I buy for myself, my parents and sisters sure say I selfish right? So I buy carrot cake for them lor. On the way, just remembered Manchester United is playing today, so went to Singapore pool to buy a small bet. Hope I can win, huat ar! Hahaha.

Yesterday did a research about my leg. After both my ankle ligament teared, my legs like become useless like that, run abit pain, walk also pain, sit also pain. Some times ago, I went to consult a trainer and they told me because my ankle ligament teared, so when I try to stretch my leg, it is not easy to loosen the muscle in my leg, that's why my leg will become so pain. The part that made my leg pain is the shin.

I made a research about shin, I wanted to see if there is anyway to stretch my shin, it is the most difficult part to stretch and loosen the muscle. So I found out what I got is actually a shin splint. This is what I found out:

"Shin splints is a general term used to refer to a painful condition in the shins. It is often caused by running or jumping, and may be very slow to heal."

"The muscle pain is caused by any activity that involves running, jumping, also sometimes even walking, swimming, roller skating, or other basic physical activity. An individual not accustomed to running may experience pain in the shin muscles the next day even after a single, short bout of intensive running. Sometimes shin splints is also a result of stress fractures in the shin."

Even my shin will get stress, hahaha. Like what is written above, I feel pain even the next day or the next next day, or the next next next day. Everytime after training you can see me walk as if I have big balls. (I really have! LOL!)

Recently didn't have enough sleep la. I have to complete my remaining 10 CE points, my PP poster not yet done and the presentation is in 10 more days, and my FYP got to rush already. I think I don't have enough energy to carry on. I rush rush rush but I don't have stamina leh, how?

Anyway I am going to chiong all the way for two more months, then I will graduate myself early than the expected date. YEAH!
